We have seen the changes from microfiche and microfilm, to digital scanning and the evolvement of document management software and now cloud access and storage solutions.

I have over 21 years experience in the Document Scanning and the Document Management World. We formed Phoenix in 2008 following 9 years experience within our family business. I spent time gaining knowledge of the microfilm industry and subsequently the digital imaging industry. I have worked within the accounts department; sales and bureau to gain full knowledge of the process, start to finish.
Since 2008 I have spent a great deal of time advising customers, new companies or individuals. I have gained great knowledge and apply this experience of handling sensitive data, documents, on-line systems and web portals when proposing a solution. We work with all types of companies, their departments or individuals providing our proven Scanning Bureau Services, Document Management Software and other related services. As an SME we believe we are large enough to deliver, but small enough to care about our customers.
