With our Document Management Software, we move a company, department or sole-trader to a Paperless Office.
We have the ability to scan Large Format up to A0 size and convert older format media 2 Digital.
Our SME scanning bureau takes pride in it’s ability to deliver high quality and a reliable service over and over again but with a more friendly demeanour.
We scan thousands of archive boxes and millions of pages each and every year from small receipts to large A0 engineering drawings, covering a whole range of industries and document types.
We also look to cover the rest of the UK when there are larger jobs that warrant this and provide a Scan-On-Site service when needed.

Firstly I have over 21 years experience in the Document Scanning and the Document Management World.
We formed Phoenix in 2008 following 9 years experience within our family business and introduced the name of Docs2Digital in 2018 to modernise the brand.
Secondly and importantly I have knowledge of the microfilm and subsequently the digital imaging industry.
Having worked within the accounts department; sales and bureau to gain full knowledge of the process, start to finish.
