Charles of Docs2Digital carried out scanning and data archiving work for NuVasive towards the back end of 2011 starting in 2012 and onwards. He gave very good advice and presented several options to our business. It was a drawn out process as we required approval from our US masters. Charles was patient and spent time explaining the technical components to our US colleagues. The result was very good indeed. We will be using Docs2Digital for all of our archiving requirements and I would have no hesitation in recommending Charles and the Docs2Digital company to other businesses. The archiving gave us the obvious benefit of reducing storage but we are now benefiting from faster document recovery too which has lead to additional efficiencies. Excellent service from Charles and the team at Docs2Digital. We had 14 or so metal cabinets full of paperwork that needed to be scanned.
